Saithe fillets

Saithe Portions and Loins:
The mince is made of the fish that is attached to the bones. Then it is put through a mince machine that seperates the fish (mince) from the bones.
Saithe B&P
The bits and pieces are made of a combination of belly flaps, small pieces of tails and loins. Pure clean fish.
Haddock
